The STK  Project Delivery Philosophy was developed to make the path from project planning through construction, commissioning and validation (if necessary) as time efficient and cost effective as possible.

From the very beginning of a project, we initially design from the “process backwards” to identify key project elements that impact overall costs, project delivery and performance goals.

We then “Target Program” each project to specifically match the performance and cost expectations of our clients with the layout and specification of equipment and materials. This approach allows our team to develop a realistic project budget and drive the design and project delivery to the “Target Cost.” To learn more about “Target Costing”

It is with this foresight that we proceed through detailed Architectural and Engineering programming to identify a Guaranteed Maximum Price ($GMP) budget and deliver the construction project.
